At Children's Choice we believe childhood should
be a pleasant, joyful experience. We are dedicated to creating an
environment that develops children's individuality by encouraging
their growth emotionality, physically, socially, and intellectually.
We want children to have an opportunity to discover the world around
them in a safe, healthy, and nurturing atmosphere. Through interaction
with a wide variety of developmentally appropriate learning activities
the children will be encouraged to be actively involved in the learning
process.
PROGRAM
Children's
Choice Day Care provides a planned curriculum based on the children's
ages and level of development. The daily program allows children
to explore and learn through play, social interaction and educational
activities in both individual and group settings. Young children
learn best by natural exploration of their environment and interaction
with their teachers and other children.
STAFF
Each classroom group is led by an early childhood teacher who has a college background in such areas as child development, early childhood education or a related field.

TO CHILD RATIO
The staff/child ratio
followed by Children's Choice is determined by the State of
Minnesota. These ratios are: one to four for infants (6 wks to 15 months), one to seven for toddlers (16 months
to 33 months), one to ten for preschoolers (34 months thru
5 years), and one to fifteen for school age children.
MEALS
Breakfast, lunch,
and afternoon snack are served each day.
OPEN
DOOR POLICY
Parents are welcome to
visit the day care at any time.
HOURS
The
center is open 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday - Friday
